Serenity vs. Schism Escape Room

Help Dr. Serenity save the planet from Professor Schism's plan of doom!

We were unable to bring this escape room to Grade 4 classrooms due to the evacuation this year so we would like to give those entering Grade 5 (or older) the chance to give it a try!  Guardians may participate in the escape room.  If a minor (individual under 18 years of age) is attending without the supervision of a guardian (18 years of age or over), please fill in this registration form for unsupervised minors so that we know who to contact if necessary.
